KTM Duke 200 gets a major design upgrade. Compared to the BS4 version, the newer BS6 iteration gets a more aggressive design, more sporty appeal, and more edges.
The design has been carried over from the KTM Duke 250 model.
However, the front section comes with a Halogen Headlamp with LED DRLs. Moreover, the side indicators are LEDs.
It sports a large sculpted fuel tank along with edgy tank extensions.
Additionally, the exposed Split Steel Trellis Frame helps with its naked streetfighter aesthetics. Interestingly enough, the under-belly exhaust also helps with that.
The rest of the elements are similar to the Duke 250.
It gets the signature orange-colored alloy wheels, split-seat setup, and LED taillamp.
KTM Duke 200 is available in two different color options: Electric Orange and new Ceramic White.
KTM Duke 200 BS6 is powered by a 199.5cc Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, Liquid-Cooled FI engine. It can generate a max power of 25PS at 10000rpm and a max torque of 19.3 Nm at 8000rpm.
Furthermore, it is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and a 13.5-liter fuel capacity.
This is a BS6-compliant Fuel-Injection Engine.
The performance figures in the BS6 version aren’t different compared to the BS4 version. The performance is super refined with perky response time!
Compared to the Duke 250, this one misses out on Slipper Clutch, LED Headlamp, and SuperMoto ABS.
As stated earlier, these sacrifices help keep the overall costs down.
Duke 200 gets a WP USD Front Forks at the front and WP Monoshock suspension at the rear.
It gets a Dual Disc setup with Dual-Channel ABS.
KTM Duke 200 gets a 170mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight sits at 150.3kg.
